Endless Means

Mechanical rhythms, translated into moving patterns.

The Endless Means projection installed among the museum looms

Among the working looms at Leeds Industrial Museum, Endless Means picks up the rhythm of the machines around it. Repeated movements become shifting lines, waves and sculptural forms, looping on a screen within the machinery hall.

The patterns keep changing, but the repetition holds them together. Set beside the looms, the animation brings a digital rhythm into a space shaped by mechanical work.
