Curators Katrina Brown and Caroline Douglas discuss the choices behind Structure & Material, an Arts Council Collection exhibition bringing together Claire Barclay, Becky Beasley and Karla Black.
The film follows their account of how familiar materials become unfamiliar objects, connecting the artists' different approaches to making with the works on display. The exhibition first opened at Longside Gallery in 2011 before touring.
